Portal privacy

How portal information is used.

The Stathra Client Portal stores project-delivery records, account access, files, approvals, support references, billing references, and security audit events needed to provide contracted services.

What the portal does not collect

Do not upload passwords, private keys, payment-card data, government identification, health records, or unrelated sensitive personal information. Card details are handled only by the configured billing provider.

Access and retention

Access is limited by organization membership, project assignment, role, and contract entitlement. Retention follows the active contract, financial-record requirements, security policy, and any legal hold.
